Site Manager

Job Summary:

The Site Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing the daily operations of their assigned location. This role ensures goals and objectives are achieved while maintaining an efficient, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new employees.
• Manage staff schedules and oversee daily tasks for assigned employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations promptly and constructively.
• Address disciplinary issues and carry out terminations in accordance with company policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee daily operations, ensuring sufficient staffing to meet production and sales goals.
• Monitor and support the team in achieving sales goals, including car wash counts and subscription metrics.
• Collaborate with support departments such as human resources and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in drafting and updating operational manuals and company policies.
• Establish work schedules, determine staffing needs, and set performance expectations.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct individual and team meetings to address concerns, share updates, and promote positive employee relations.
• Interact directly with customers to address complaints, manage incident reports, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage subscription sales and oversee customer accounts effectively.
• Support daily operational activities alongside team members when managerial duties permit.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to prevent vehicle damage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Industry-specific experience is preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Capability to navigate the production facility as needed.
• Capacity to lift or move up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
