The Opportunity:
Zeal Credit Union is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist who will provide administrative support to the Operational Excellence Partners (OEPs).
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will:
- Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, calendar management, meeting coordination, meeting agendas and minutes, report generation, research, and dashboard updates
- Provide operational support as needed in the creation and validation of procedures, systems maps, operational lists, and documentation
- Maintains and organizes department and OE folders
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of operations manual
- Assist with the termination process of vendors
- Assists with department help desk tickets
- Upkeeps OE spreadsheets
- Point person for annual due diligence and user review
- Creates and maintains OE department documentation, templates and guides
- Writes and edits technical documents to assist leadership in meeting the needs of the organization
- Collaborates with department leadership in the upkeep and maintenance of operational documents
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 years financial institution or administrative support experience
- Strong collaboration skills
- Positive influencer
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding inter-personal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, including, Word, Excel, and Power Point
