Job Details Description Job Title : Shipping & Receiving Supervisor Reports to : Operations Supervisor Job Summary : Zeeco is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor position to office in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

This position will be responsible for all receiving, inventory, shipping and crating staff, related operations, and physical inventory accuracy for manufacturing plants located in Oklahoma.

Job Duties : Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work processes, and maintaining physical inventory and financial accuracy.

• Maintains staffing requirements by selecting, orienting, training and developing personal growth opportunities.* Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Work with Supply Chain leadership regarding inventory strategies, delivery targets and proper communication to all team members ensuring consistency.
• Implement continuous improvement and lean techniques to achieve gains in productivity, delivery, employee ownership, performance, safety and quality.
• Work with peer group with honesty, integrity and character. Must have a transparent willingness to admit failure and learn from mistakes.
• Oversee day to day operations in receiving and shipping for US plant operations including cycle counts, physical inventory adjustments crating and shipping.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area(s).* Maintain all material identification and traceability requirements.
• Ensure that all stock issues are resolved and feedback to relevant managers on key performance indicators such as accuracy, performance, output and efficiency.

Qualifications : Previous inventory and shipping experience* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills* Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized, detailed manner, given limited time frames* Experience and knowledge of quality systems, nonconformance identification and methodical / statistical approach to quality improvement.

Must having working knowledge of ISO systems.* Hands-on, team oriented, honest, loyal leader committed to business improvement processes and individual team member success.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to do unaccompanied travel.

Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment, manufacturing, and apply appropriate safety equipment when required.
