Job Description:
The Graphic Designer will work within the Zeeco Marketing group to support all advertising,marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Candidates must have five or more yearsof professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising context,and be proficient in industry-standard graphic design software. A successful candidate will havestrong creative abilities, effective communication skills, and approach projects with a highsense of urgency and attention to detail.
Job Duties:
• Design and develop illustrations, artwork, concepts, themes, graphics, and other visuallyappealing assets for various print and digital marketing purposes.o Assets include ads, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, interior and exterior officesignage, event invitations, webpage layouts, email marketing campaigns, social mediaassets, tradeshow graphics, infographics, data visualization, and more.
• Design large format print graphics for wall displays, office signage, billboards, tradeshow booths,and more.
• Work closely with content teams to integrate text and imagery effectively for various formatsand platforms.
• Create, package, and facilitate the distribution of custom templates to internal groups andglobal locations.
• Contribute to developing, implementing, and quality controlling Zeeco’s brand guidelines andvisual standards.
• Research current design trends, techniques, software, and more.
• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and implementing Zeeco’s Digital Asset Management (DAM)system.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets accessible to the Marketing team.
• Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all ZEECO communications platformsworldwide.
• Photo editing.
• Support additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications Required:
• At least three years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing
or advertising context.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Photoshop, InDesign, and
Illustrator.
• Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Aptitude for learning, thinking critically, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines.
Preferred:
• A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of photography.
