Summary
Assist in soybean inventory and position grain in facility. Loads soybean meal, hulls and oil into trucks and railcars by performing the following duties.
Hours
5:00 to 5:00 Rotation, 2-2-3 Schedule
Week 1#: Work on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday
Week 2#: Work on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
Extended schedule during preventative maintenance shut downs, bi-annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in coordinating inbound soybean receiving activities and segregation of product.
Physically monitor receiving process to ensure proper flow.

Cleans all spills immediately when noticed. Maintain a clean work area to prevent IP trait
contamination as well as reducing risk of dust accumulation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to learn and operate a weight scale.
- Knowledgeable in the safe and efficient operation of a loader and skid steer.
- Proficient in the PC computing environment including Internet Explorer, Outlook; MS Excel, Word and Windows Operating System
- Ability to work in elevated work areas of more than 200 feet, within confined spaces, and harnessed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Grain elevator experience and scale operations
- Loading and unloading of trucks and railcars
