As a CDL Driver I at Zeeland Lumber & Supply, you will play a critical role in delivering materials to job sites while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
- Prepare DOT required logs of time on duty and driving
- Organize and secure loads for delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and supervisors
- Assist in maintaining good housekeeping in yard and warehouse
- Comply with all company policies and guidelines
The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, the ability to read orders, write instructions, and complete forms. You will also need to be able to effectively communicate with customers, other employees, and supervisors using verbal and written skills.
