Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Certified Pharmacy Technician.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Position Type: Contract with permanent (based on performance)
Work Location: Onsite: Cary, NC 27513 (Onsite Monday–Friday until February, then moves to hybrid)
Environment: Closed-door specialty pharmacy in an office-type setting
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Training Period: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Post-Training: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (as needed)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strictly data entry-based role
- Build new patient profiles and process prescriptions for existing patients
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient and prescription data
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff as part of a supportive team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification: Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and registered with the Board of Pharmacy
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent attendance and punctuality is critical
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM post-training
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays

- Team-oriented with minimal need for supervision
- Experience handling sensitive customer information
