You’ll lead the development and execution of branded content that delivers measurable results for our clients.

• Lead day-to-day content partnership activations with media publishers, overseeing content strategy, ideation, and execution.
• Develop branded content and experiential initiatives, including content creation, digital and influencer campaigns, sponsorship and event activations and emerging platforms, that align with business goals and maximize media investments.
• Use audience insights, performance data, and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with content and digital publishers to drive innovation and negotiate effectively.
• Define campaign objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Investment, Influencer, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Ensure timely communication of key updates and issues across teams to support efficient, high quality campaign execution.
• Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when needed to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Manage content and influencer budgets with Investment teams and ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Stay current on content and digital trends to identify new opportunities that drive ROI.
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead presentations and communications related to content programs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Use strong project management and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams— including Creative, PR, and Influencer partners—to deliver cohesive brand strategies.
• Support collaboration with adjacent practices like Cultural Convergence, Commerce, and Publicis Sports.
• Contribute to thought leadership and identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
• 6 years of experience in branded content and integrated marketing
• Proven track record of developing content partnerships that drive results.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience in content distribution and channel planning.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Salary : $130,000 - $135,000
