What You’ll Do

As a Crew Member, you’ll bring energy, positivity, and great service to every shift. You’ll be part of a fun and supportive team, helping guests feel refreshed and welcome.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

· Greet every guest with a warm smile and great attitude

· Take orders and prepare smoothies, bowls, and juices to brand standards

· Recommend products based on guest needs

· Operate the register and handle payments accurately

· Keep the store and prep areas clean and organized

· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Support teammates and contribute to a positive store vibe

· Say thank you, make guests feel appreciated, and leave a lasting impression

Show Pride in Your Work:

· Arrive on time, look sharp, and be ready to work

· Keep your space clean and follow all safety rules

· Be honest and reliable in every task

What We’re Looking For

· At least 18 years old

· Able to work at least 12 hours/week and 3 days/week (weekends required)

· Open and flexible availability preferred

· Able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout shift

· Comfortable working in cold environments (40°F to -10°F)

· Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain)

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, active job! You'll be moving, blending, lifting, and keeping the vibe fun and upbeat. You’ll work with a team that supports each other and makes health and happiness part of every shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
