What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailer position at Ziebart Hamburg?
Primary Priorities & Responsibilities for Professional Detailer:
This is a hands on detailing position. Primary responsibilities are to detail cars, while ensuring the highest level of performance 100% of the time and exceeding customer expectations. Job duties related to detailing include, but not limited to washing, waxing, high speed polishing, wet sanding, vacuuming, hot water extraction, stain removal, and other general cleaning.
Duties:
Detail the interior and exterior of cars as dictated by the work order and or manager.
Restore paint when required using hi-speed polishers and wet sanding.
Maintain a clean workspace and adequate supplies at all times.
Have the necessary tools to complete the required work.
Assist in transporting cars and other tasks as required.
Final check own work to minimize having to re-work vehicle.
Complete work within standard labor hours.
Help promote team atmosphere by working together when requested by management.
Be proactive in self development – learning new job related skills.
Maintain and promote a positive attitude, especially while under pressure.
Maintain a constant awareness of deadlines.
Increase the stores ability to process more vehicles by maintaining an attitude of urgency.
