What You’ll Do:
This is a blended role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on service when needed to ensure continuity and excellence. As the Lawn Care Branch Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and coach your local team to deliver top-tier service
- Manage daily operations, performance goals, and production schedules
- Support your team through training, coaching, and in-field mentoring
- Monitor compliance, safety, inventory, and equipment needs
- Handle customer communication, service resolution, and quality standards
- Hire, develop, and retain a strong local team while managing budget goals

Requirements
What You Need:
- Proven leadership roles in residential services or production teams
- Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk 8–12 miles daily
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and background check required
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
