Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Qualified candidates must be located in APAC
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: VP of Engineering
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and optimize Unifyr s systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our systems align with organizational goals and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Evaluation:
- Analyze current systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with development teams to design systems that meet functional and technical needs.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Unifyr s strategic goals.
Implementation & Support:
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing systems.
Testing & Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Work with quality assurance teams to ensure systems meet organizational standards.
Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate systems seamlessly with existing processes.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, processes, and updates.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications in systems analysis or IT management (e.g., CBAP, ITIL) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering effective system solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of system design, data modeling, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with database management systems, software development lifecycles, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity principles is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
