Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships to maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate event planning and execution for company functions
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development as needed
- Handle payroll processing and budgeting tasks
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks
- Manage employee schedules and calendar management
- Implement human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and front desk management
- Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with event planning processes and vendor management practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
