SEO Specialist

Zinda Law Group is an elite plaintiff’s personal injury firm looking for ambitious, dynamic, driven, and passionate professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for an SEO Specialist to work on our Marketing Team. We have offices in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico, and serve clients throughout the nation. This opportunity is hybrid, with the expectation of being in our Northwest Austin office 3-4 days a week, however we will consider remote candidates.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze marketing data to help shape the Firm's future digital marketing and SEO strategies;
• Execute development for all SEO campaigns from start to finish; 
• Review web analytics data and provide performance feedback to Marketing Team; 
• Utilize proprietary technology and analytics data to define and build keyword lists; 
• Identify opportunities for improvement within Firm website and social media landing pages; 
• Help prepare, plan, and execute various content marketing strategies;
• Develop immediate and long-term SEO strategies in order to help firm reach client acquisition and revenue goals; 
• Collaborate regularly with our Business Development and Management Teams in order to foster an excellent client experience.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree; 
• 2 years of SEO experience;
• Creative thinker with direct experience optimizing SEO strategies;
• Experience with link building; 
• Experience with competitor research and analysis; 
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics - certification strongly preferred;
• Proficient in Excel; 
• Knowledge of SEO software tools; 
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently;
• Excellent project management and communication skills;
• Previous experience at a law firm preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:
