What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outfitter position at Zion Adventure Co.?
We are looking for personable and responsible associates to assist with customer relations through phone and online communications. Zion visitors seek expert advice on how to best spend their time in Zion. Our Customer Service team members help to connect Zion visitors with information about Zion National Park, the Zion Narrows, and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone and email communications professionally and courteously.
- Make reservations for rental gear and guided tours.
- Represent the values of Zion Adventure Co to help visitors in any way we can.
Develop skills and knowledge to become an expert resource for Zion National Park visitors. Opportunities exist for other responsibilities, such as:
- Shuttle Drivers (must be 23 or older)
- Bike Technicians - assist guests with check-out/check-in of our rental fleet
- Outfitter
Full or part time seasonal positions available. Remote work opportunities available after training and trial period concludes. Pay: Starting at $16.00 / hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
