As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be the first face our Dealers see, and the first voice they hear over the phone that represents ZLINE! Our Dealer Account Managers are positive, upbeat people who value knowledge, customer satisfaction, and helping others. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to be on the phone, email, and chat communication for about 8 hours/day
- Ability to travel around 40% of the time to see out-of-town Dealers
- Management experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational and follow-up skills
- Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
- Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Sales or Dealer relationship management experience
- Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!)
- Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you
Key Roles
- Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales
- Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external)
- Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials
- Conduct training: virtual, in-person
- Convert Leads to Accounts
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch
Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
Compensation
$45,000 Dependent Upon Experience
Multiple Bonus Structures
Pay dates are biweekly
