A Customer Service Representative is a Entry to mid Level position. Customer Service Representatives assist in all processes involving customers and there orders from the necessary components to ensure a high quality, efficient and timely build for customer projects. while using inventory tracking and ERP software to ensure a consisted database is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Materials management, planning and procurement, production planning
- Procure, plan and control the cycle of materials for an electronic components manufacturer
- Effectively conduct communications with all outside vendors, both foreign and domestic
- Monitor vendor performance
- Ability to make procurement decisions and vendor selection for all company materials used to manufacture electronic components, as well as office supplies.
- Ability to exercise independent decision making
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Good Business acumen.
- Great customer services Skills
- Must be experienced with ERP software
