**This position is available in the following locations: Arkansas and Baton Rogue, Louisiana. This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area.
Job responsibilities:
- Please note this position within the USA based on customers' needs
- ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts
- Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP’s as well as the support teams for any customer escalations
- Responsible for the revenue output
- Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role
- Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
The starting salary for this position is $90,000 plus commission.
