The Role
The HR team is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to assist with an increase in hiring. The Technical Recruiter will work alongside our two internal Recruiters to support all phases of the recruitment process. We are quickly growing our US headcount on most of our teams, including openings in sales, marketing, public relations, support, solutions engineering as well as a training program for recent graduates with technology degrees. We need a Recruiter who is curious, reliable, diplomatic and savvy with technology.
Skills
- Quickly master our software, systems, and practices
- Knowledge of employment laws / compliance
- Attention to detail
- Two years' experience in technical recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers
- We offer some training, although we can't practically train you on everything. Self-initiative is a must
Responsibilities
Contract details
Roughly 40 hours per week.
Initially the contract is for six months, with the option to extend.
Hourly pay is $30.
