Description
The Zoological Society of Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Creative Operations Assistant to join a fun and talented team of professionals in supporting one of the most cherished community assets - the Milwaukee County Zoo. This role is responsible for processing requests and improving existing processes for the Creative team and stakeholders - enabling the in-house Creative team to successfully deliver on organizational goals.
This role is scheduled to work 12 hours / week.
Employees are eligible to receive a free Zoo Pass up to family level, including parking!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain / manage the project management system and other tech-stack tools.
- Interface with internal clients and graphic designer team to determine project / client needs and establish timelines.
- Seek continuous improvement to the systems and processes used within the in-house creative team to optimize resources and maximize impact to help the business operate, innovate, and grow.
- Effectively develop and implement change-management strategies that result in high adoption and improved efficiencies.
- Isolate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, offer solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical competencies.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, and files.
- Plan and execute staff training, both for new employees and ongoing training.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
