How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead, develop and coach members of the Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Help to define performance metrics by which SDRs will be measured
  • Coach SDRs through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1's
  • Be the first step in introducing prospects to the ZoomInfo sales process
  • Connect with potential customers and show them how ZoomInfo can boost their success
  • Help executives understand the full range of ZoomInfo's capabilities
  • Match ZoomInfo's offerings with the needs of prospects' sales, marketing, and recruiting teams
  • Manage a pipeline of leads using ZoomInfo's established sales process
  • Keep track of interactions with prospects and share updates with Account Executives as needed
  • Learn and master the skills needed for a successful career in sales

Qualifications:

  • 2 years management experience in sales or sales sales development that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and strong desire to lead a successful sales team
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Motivating and competitive while driving your team to succeed, analytical and metrics-driven by nature
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, persuasive, and compelling manner
  • Ability to articulate value and figure out what matters to people
  • Excellent active listening skills with genuine curiosity used to easily collaborate with both prospects and colleagues

The US base salary range for this position is $76,800 - $105,600 variable compensation equity benefits.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate's work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
