Global Compensation Manager
We seek an experienced Global Compensation Manager. This high-visibility role reports directly to the Global Compensation Lead and is responsible for supporting both the strategy and administration of global compensation programs, including the bi-annual raise and bonus review cycles. The specialist will partner closely with business and HR leaders to ensure ZS remains competitive, compliant, and future-focused in all aspects of compensation.

What You'll Do -
- Lead and support the development, automation, and modernization of excel-based compensation tools and processes, with an emphasis on adopting industry-standard platforms and integrating them with ZS’ core HRIS infrastructure;
- Drive the lifecycle of compensation program administration, supporting all business areas across the globe;
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize leading compensation platforms for efficient salary benchmarking, survey participation, and compensation analytics;
- Partner with the HR reporting team to create scalable, automated processes and recommend enhancements to the existing tools and technologies;
- Perform analysis of hiring and attrition trends to help shape compensation strategies that attract and retain world-class talent;
- Deliver actionable insights from market survey data, benchmarking studies, and internal analytics to inform the evolution of compensation plans;
- Support redesign of ZS’ job architecture and job hierarchy to support global scale;
- Play a strategic role in sales incentive compensation plan design and modeling, leveraging analytics and best practices;
- Provide compensation guidance and analytical support in the development and adjustment of salary ranges and bonus allocations;
- Document, enhance, and standardize compensation processes to streamline operations and enable organizational scaling;
- Collaborate across HR, Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure seamless process integration, change management, and training for new tools and programs;
- Share best practices and transfer knowledge to the broader Compensation team.
What You'll Bring -
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as mathematics, statistics, finance, industrial/organizational psychology, or related discipline) preferred;
- 8 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, administration, and tool implementation in a complex, data-rich, global environment; experience within professional services highly desirable;
- Demonstrated experience in automating and upgrading compensation management tools, including integration with enterprise HRIS (SAP Success Factors, etc.);
- Experience using compensation benchmarking tools such as Payfactors or MarketPay, with strong skills in data analytics, market pricing, and salary structure development;
- Strong problem-solving skills and mature judgment in compensation decision-making;
- Highly skilled in advanced MS Excel, data analysis, financial modeling, and dashboard/report creation;
- Compensation certifications (such as CCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) are a plus.
