Essential Job Duties:
- Be a positive support for the residents as well as the staff.
- Embrace the importance of Person-Centered Planning as well as the system of Positive Support.
- Be engaging with the residents and have a willingness to put the residents first.
- Regular communication with the Program Coordinator-(PC).
- Pass meds and record them.
- Cooking with/for the residents.
- General cleaning and other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator-(PC).
Job Requirements:
- Must be positive, engaging, and inspirating. Be a leader and be a part of something bigger than yourself.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to connect with the residents and put the residents first.
- Must have completed High School or have a GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- May need to have a valid driver's license depending on which shift you work.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be reliable and able to travel to and from work.
Monday-Friday:(3:00pm-11:00pm), Monday-Friday:(4:30pm-11:00pm), Sunday-Wednesday:(11:00pm-8:30am-Overnight-Awake), Thursday-Saturday:(11:00pm-8:30am-Overnight-Awake), Saturday and Sunday:(8:30am-11:00pm), Monday-Friday:(8:30am-4:30pm)
