We are seeking a highly committed and sales driven individual to join our team as a PT 2nd Assistant Manager. As a PT 2nd Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our organization, driving sales, and developing the team. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with training development, implementing new procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and balancing registers
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
