Job Overview:
- Fully manages assigned portfolio.
- Handles customer service inquiries and complaints, and if necessary, performs research duties to resolve a borrower's more complex issue.
- Responds to inbound correspondence (email and regular mail), telephone calls and voicemails in accordance with departmental Service Level Agreement.
- Collects delinquent accounts from date acquired to date paid in full. This includes maintaining accurate and current customer information through contact with customers by various means of communication.
- Adheres to all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Performs due diligence requirements according to all applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
- Accurately reflects the content of the borrower contact in notes on accounts - updating the account with any new information.
- Uses proper collection techniques to ensure favorable delinquency and default ratios as established by the corporation's goals, while maintaining consistency with the mission and management policy of the company.
- Represents the company with professional and ethical work standards.
- Contacts borrowers in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
- Responsible for understanding and abiding by the intricacies of loan servicing requirements as related to ZuntaFi regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to obtain knowledge and understanding of the ZuntaFi Servicing system.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to use a telephone & keyboard and view a computer screen.
- Must be able to read & analyze information on paper and a computer screen.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, collections or a related role is preferred.
