Business Unit:
Hadrian is a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian's wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.
Position Summary:
Coordinate to ensure shipments are packaged and shipped ahead of due date
Completing paperwork accurately: Bill of Lading, Customs Documentation, etc.
Receives and inspects incoming shipments.
Update shipping information in JD Edwards & reports
Identify and communicate schedule and truck layouts for consolidated / large shipments
Identify and communicate potential late orders daily
Coordinate activities within the department
Wrapping and crating completed orders
Loading/ unloading trucks in a timely fashion
Work safely and effectively
Work with Supervisor to ensure orders ship on schedule
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Superior understanding of shipping practices and documentation
Warehouse/ Shipping experience.
Leadership skills, successfully directs and allocates all work within the department
Through knowledge of packaging standards and works toward preventing freight damage
Common sense, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
Good attendance record; no culpable absences
Forklift experience.
Communicates well with supervisor
Shows initiative and strong work ethic, desire to learn.
Available for overtime to stay late for loading trucks when necessary.
Shift - 8:00AM - 4:30PM
