Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for collaborating with the customer and Professional Service team throughout the onboarding process. The objective of this role is to provide consultative services to identify key customer business requirements and guide the customer on options to most effectively implement their contracted solution subscriptions.  This role will serve as both a business and technical resource for both new customer implementations or contracted change management activities for existing customers throughout their lifecycle with Zywave. 

Job Responsibilities

• Owns initial requirements gathering and configuration of Zywave offered solutions
• Offers strategic and technical recommendations to optimize customer usage of purchased solution(s)
• Consults on a minimum of two (2) Zywave solutions 
• Serves as a customer advocate 
• Collaborates cross functionally with other teams and departments including, but not limited to, Project Management, Data Services, Customer Education, Product and Engineering, and Customer Support to provide a comprehensive customer implementation experience.
• Engages and helps to identify and support ongoing process improvement initiatives to elevate our Professional Services Organization with a focus on our team members and customers. 

Job Requirements

• 2 years of B2B service or SaaS experience
• 2 years Insurance industry experience
• Intermediate level consulting skills
• Developmental project management skills
• Demonstrates excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Demonstrates agility and adaptability
• Comfortable establishing project goals with customer
• Intermediate functional and strategic knowledge or complex products
