Responsibilities and Qualifications. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Essential qualifications include high school or equivalent experience, one to three years of customer service experience, basic hydraulics and/or steel knowledge, and proficiency in computer applications. Strong phone skills and technical reasoning are also essential.
