What does an Account Executive, Sr. - Advertising Do?
Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts. Targets potential advertising clients and develops relationships in order to acquire new advertising accounts. May be responsible for selling ad programs in digital formats including banners/buttons, rich media, and interactive ad products. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
