Assistant Residential Property Manager Jobs

Supports residential property managers in the operation of one or more residential properties or communities. Coordinates sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. May require a bachelor's degree in related area. Typically reports to a residential property manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
