The Collections Specialist Supervisor reviews and develops policies and procedures and ensures compliance. Supervises the day-to-day process and operations involved with collections on overdue/delinquent accounts. Initiates demand letters, outbound calls, and handles escalated calls. In addition, Collections Specialist Supervisor ensures that production targets are achieved. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
