Corporate Secretary Jobs

Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports and records according to applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for shareholder relations, communicating with Board members and coordinating shareholder lists and registrations. Researches and responds to shareholder requests for information.
