Position Summary. The Endoscopy Technician, under the supervision of a RN assigned room, assists with procedures, patient transportation and equipment maintenance. Education. High School graduate/G.E.D. Current Certified Nursing Assistant in Texas preferred or CNA within 12 months or hire or transfer to department. Training and Experience. BLS certification required through the American Heart Association within 90 days.
