The Lead Boiler Operator coordinates routine and daily monitoring rounds, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintainance, start ups and shut downs. Responsible for leading a team in the operations and maintenance of a boiler plant facility and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
