Network Control Technician III Jobs

Monitors performance and performs maintenance processes to ensure network systems operate at required levels of speed and reliability. Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status.
