Job Description. The Process Generalist will support onsite process operations by utilizing inputs from internal and external resources. This role ensures site personnel have a clear understanding of production goals, materials, standards, and objectives required to meet the needs of upstream and downstream customers.
Key Responsibilities. Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics and troubleshoot manufacturing/business issues. Lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and embrace lean culture change. Interface with manufacturing personnel to improve existing processes, increase safety, and solve ergonomic concerns.
