Oversees the management of all aspects of organizational development. Facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Leads the development of programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture. Implements meaningful, relevant employee and manager training and development activities that link to company goals and objectives and meet the needs of managers.
