Requirements. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be able to communicate effectively with parents, and be willing to learn and grow with our team. At least 6 units in ECE or child development-related courses. CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
