Responsible to prospect for potential mortgage business for the lending institution, then prepare, analyze, and verify mortgage loan applications to purchase real estate or to refinance an existing mortgage. Responsible for sourcing and originating mortgage loans by building relationships with realtors and contractors. Responsible for cross-selling bank products and working to build the Bank's image and multiple customer relationships.
