Responsibilities. This adult client is a 23 year old female with mitochondrial disorder. There's a hoyer lift in the home. We can go over more care needed, as we discuss further. . Shifts are. Tuesdays & Wednesdays. 6:30p - 6:30a. and Saturdays. 6:30a - 10:00p. RN $32 an hour. Sign-on bonus $200 after first shift worked.
