Cascade Connections is a non-profit agency in Whatcom County, WA that has been providing services to people with disabilities since 1980. Cascade Connections began by serving 12 adults with developmental disabilities in a residential environment. At Cascade Connections, we empower people with disabilities to enhance their quality of life.
