Comprehensive Life Resources is a community-based, not-for-profit behavioral health agency providing a continuum of mental health and child welfare services to the community. The beginnings of Comprehensive (formerly Comprehensive Mental Health Center) date back to 1957 when the Tacoma Psychiatric Clinic was established. Over several years, this clinic evolved to meet the changing mental health needs of the community. Our history includes numerous successful examples of our work to serve children, adults, and families.
