Key Qualifications. Associate's degree related to the field of safety, investigation techniques, loss control, or equivalent experience. Three to four years prior experience in investigatory techniques, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills with a diverse demographic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Valid First Aid and CPR training/cards.
