Diversity Health Center is a privately owned not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides services to the residents of Liberty, Long and Wayne Counties. DHC provides service to the uninsured on a sliding scale based on their household size and income. DHC provides treatment to patients regardless of their ability to pay.
