To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, is required. High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is also necessary.
