Required Skills and Qualifications. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written communication and grammar skills. Proficient computer typing skills and familiarity with basic programs such as Gmail, Excel, Word, PDFs, and Windows/Mac interfaces. 1 year of customer support experience (preferred). Self-motivated and able to problem-solve. Availability to work 32-40 hours per week and most weekends.
