As a PSSR - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
1 Resource Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Service with experience in heavy equipment parts. As a Customer Service - Parts representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for our parts department.
- Generates sales to customers for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds on all generator makes and models.
- Quotes services in the field and works with all customer relations.
- Develop new customers in assigned territory while maintaining current accounts.
- Attending and working industry tradeshows and conferences to strengthen the company brand and develop customer relationships.
- Create and implement strategies for generator service and rental growth.
- Work closely with the sales rep to develop a relationship with their customers to gain service opportunities.
- Incumbent is to provide a detailed call report to the Sudden Service manager weekly to discuss customer concerns and demands in the field.
- Maintains and submits accurate and timely expense reports.
Responsibility
- The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Outside parts sales experience preferred.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a parts or technical support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of parts and inventory management is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required, additional technical certifications or education is a plus
- Must have clean driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
