Job Summary As a Program Manager, you will manage the Tool Install and Qual (TIQ) initiatives, leveraging collaboration across multiple Micron departments and global partners. You will provide subject matter expertise on programs, projects, and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and enabling the success of the NPI program! Job Responsibilities • Program and Metric Management o Apply project management principles to deliver results that satisfy project/program objectives, are timely, in-scope and within budget and resource requirements o Provide project-specific direction and mentorship to project team to facilitate timely and quality results o Understand business plan and how it ties to strategic objectives o Define program roadmap with sponsors based on business plan o Define and handle program metrics and goals to support business plan o Identify and mitigate risks and issues and advance to sponsors when appropriate o Applies PDCA closed loop and management review to continually improve the program effectiveness and efficiency o Report program status, wins, issues, and actions to program sponsor and stakeholders • Network Engagement and Benchmarking o Understand benchmarking within Micron and outside o Identify opportunities and drive improvements through benchmarking o Escalate and drive alignment and global issues through networking • TIQ Program Management o Manage and continuously improve the TIQ business processes, continual improvement on project management and BKM alignment o Manage Micron Sites TIQ performance to plan, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance o Monitor project status, progress, and manage roadblocks/opportunities o Manage priorities and improvements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature Education / Experience o Candidates with relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in science, engineering, supply chain management o PMP is a plus o Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with a variety of people to promote teamwork within a diverse group o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively o Strong computer skills and the aptitude to learn new applications and software programs!
