You will provide subject matter expertise on programs, projects, and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and enabling the success of the NPI program!

Job Responsibilities
- Program and Metric Management
- Apply project management principles to deliver results that satisfy project/program objectives, are timely, in-scope and within budget and resource requirements
- Provide project-specific direction and mentorship to project team to facilitate timely and quality results
- Understand business plan and how it ties to strategic objectives
- Define program roadmap with sponsors based on business plan
- Define and handle program metrics and goals to support business plan
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues and advance to sponsors when appropriate
- Applies PDCA closed loop and management review to continually improve the program effectiveness and efficiency
- Report program status, wins, issues, and actions to program sponsor and stakeholders
- Network Engagement and Benchmarking
- Understand benchmarking within Micron and outside
- Identify opportunities and drive improvements through benchmarking
- Escalate and drive alignment and global issues through networking
- TIQ Program Management
- Manage and continuously improve the TIQ business processes, continual improvement on project management and BKM alignment
- Manage Micron Sites TIQ performance to plan, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance
- Monitor project status, progress, and manage roadblocks/opportunities
- Manage priorities and improvements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature
- Candidates with relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in science, engineering, supply chain management
- PMP is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with a variety of people to promote teamwork within a diverse group
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
- Strong computer skills and the aptitude to learn new applications and software programs!
