We are seeking a Manager of Operations to run in the day-to-day operations for Amynta Dealer Solutions located in Overland Park, KS. Oversee customer service representatives to ensure proper escalation of action items on accounts. Coordinate with underwriting team to understand business needs and initiatives. Understand Program Administrator Agreements to assure compliance. Assist with special projects and build out of new programs. Basic and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Required) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry Experience working with or within an MGA Strong understanding of financial processes Proven track record of problem solving and driving efficiency within a business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
